Houma Fenglei Pipe Mould Manufacturing Co. Ltd is affiliated to the North Fenglei Co. Ltd under China Ordnance 1st Machinery Groups, which mainly provides the production pipes using deep-hole processing, and has accumulated rich experience in the aspect. Since early 1990s, we have begun the production of pipe moulds using the deep-hole processing technology. Our products’ quality has been improved greatly, and also we are authorized with the certificates of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. At the same time, we have trained many good professional and technical personnel at designingand processing pipe moulds and centrifuge equipment. In 1995, we were admitted as one membership for the Cast Iron Pipe Committee of Chinese Metals Society.

Having 35 Sets of Different Categories of Machining Equipment
At the moment, we have 35 sets of different categories of machining equipment including deep-hole boring machines, large-scale milling machine, automatic inter gas shielding arc weldingmachine, coordinate boring machines, and other special machinery and equipment. Our main products include different kinds of pipe moulds for sizes 1.5" to 15" cast iron pipes, high alloy steelpipes, complete set of centrifuge equipment and multi stations centrifugal casting machine, thick-wall steel pipes, corrugated rollers, supporting rollers, non-standard products, and more. And tousers' requirements, we can also design and manufacture all kinds of specifications and models of cast pipe moulds, gray iron pipe moulds, centrifugal casting machine for magnesium jar, and thick wallseamless tubes. We have a total of 200 employees, of which include 40 staff in R&D design.

Developed Several Kinds of New Products
In recent years, we have developed several kinds of new products such as automatic two stations centrifugal casting machines, automatic six stations centrifugal machine and automatic two stationscutting machine, and also receive good comments from customers.

At present, we have many international cooperation customers including the US, Germany, Russia, India and Turkey, and are trusted by them.
